topaz hotel was amazin! great location near supermarket and bus stops made it easy for us to explore. our family room was huge, way bigger than expected with modern stuff like a tv, ac, and a fridge. daily housekeeping kept things super clean, and the food was tasty, especially breakfast! both pools were fantastic, and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

the bathroom was a bit cramped and could use more space, and there were some noisy kids around that made the pool area crowded at times.

The hotel has fantastic outdoor amenities like a big fish-shaped pool, a game room, and even an indoor pool that our kids loved. The friendly staff made us feel right at home, and the location was perfect for strolling along the promenade.

In my wife’s opinion, the lifts needed an upgrade.

the family room was huge with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator. daily housekeeping kept things spotless with fresh towels. the indoor pool was nice and warm, while the outdoor pool had plenty of sun loungers and sun umbrellas. enjoyed a variety buffet breakfast with freshly prepared omelets. excellent beauty services available too.
